How to make Bean salad………
Bean salad is a nourishing salad. It is made with combining different beans together. This is fiber rich salad and very good to be taken in breakfast. Here I am showing you the steps of making Bean salad. This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Salads can be made in both forms Veg salad and Nonveg salad.
Ingredients for making Bean salad recipe:-
- Dark red kidney beans, 1/2 cup drained
- Green beans, 1/2 cup drained
- Golden wax beans, 1/2 cup drained
- Chopped red bell pepper (लाल शिमला मिर्च)1/2 cup
- Minced red onion(प्याज ) 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
- Red wine vinegar 1/2 cup
- Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
- Greek seasoning 2 tablespoons
- fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons
- lemon juice(नींबू का रस) 1 tablespoon
- white sugar2 tablespoons
- salt to taste
- Garlic(लहसुन) 1 clove crushed
- Fresh coriander(हरा धनिया) 1/4 cup chopped
- Ground cumin(जीरा पाउडर) 1/2 tablespoon
- Black pepper(काली मिर्च पाउडर) 1/2 tablespoon
Method of making Bean salad:-
Take a large glass bowl add beans, frozen corn, bell peppers and red onion.
Take another small bowl add olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garlic, coriander, lime juice ,cumin, and black pepper.
Pour the prepared dressing over vegetables; mix well. Chill thoroughly, and serve cold.
Serve with style……..!
Bean salad is ready to serve. Garnish it spring onions.
