How to make Cabbage Soup………
Cabbage soup is a very popular soup among the people who are conscious about their health. It is a fiber rich, diet soup having zero fat value. It is cooked with the Cabbage and vegetables if you want. It is a creamy soup and helps to reduce weight in 7 days. This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Soups can be made in both forms Veg soup and Nonveg soup. Here I am showing you the steps of making Cabbage soup.
Ingredients for making Cabbage soup recipe:-
• Water ½ cup
• Cabbage(पत्तागोभी) 250gms
• Onion (प्याज) 1 small finely chopped
• Tomatoes(टमाटर) 3-4
• Black pepper (काली मिर्च) 1/8 teaspoon
• Olive oil (जैतून का तेल) 1 tablespoons
• Garlic(लहसुन) 2 clove, crushed
• salt to taste
Method of making Cabbage soup:-
First chop the Cabbage, onion, carrot, into small pieces.
Take a sauce pan heat it with oil adds garlic and onions cook for 1 minute.
Then add chopped Cabbage, carrot and little bit of water cook it for 2 minutes
Add chopped tomatoes with its juices and mix well. Simmer it for 20 minutes by covering lid or cook till the cabbage and carrot became soft.
Add salt, pepper and turn off the flame.
Serve with style….!
Your delicious Cabbage soup is ready to eat. Serve it hot. Garnish it with fresh coriander.
