How to make Carrot salad………
Carrot salad is a crunchy and refreshing salad. It is made with fine pieces of carrot mixed with different toppings. The choice of other ingredients varies with different regions. This salad is rich in iron content and has nutritional values of honey. Here I am showing you the steps of making Carrot salad. This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Salads can be made in both forms Veg salad and Nonveg salad.
Ingredients for making Carrot salad recipe:-
- Carrots(गाजर) peeled 450gms
- Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons
- Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) 2tbsp
- Vegetable oil 1-1/2 tablespoons
- Extra virgin olive oil 1-1/2 tablespoons
- Honey, to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper, (काली मिर्च पाउडर) to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons
- Green onions(हरी प्याज) 2 sliced
Method of making Carrot salad:-
Take all the carrots and slice them into fine long finger pieces.
Take a large glass bowl add dijon mustard, honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the carrots, fresh parsley and onions.
Toss well, cover it and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
Serve with style……..!
Carrot salad is ready to serve. Garnish it with black pepper.
