How to make Carrot soup………
Carrot soup is a healthy and delicious soup. It is good for the people who are suffering from anemia. Carrot soup is made with carrot combined with lemon, ginger and other spices. This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Soups can be made in both forms Veg soup and Nonveg soup. Here I am showing you the steps of making Carrot soup.
Ingredients for making Carrot soup recipe:-
• Water 3 cup
• Carrot(गाजर) 3 cups
• Onion (प्याज) 1 big finely chopped
• Tomatoes(टमाटर) 2
• Black pepper (काली मिर्च) 1/8 teaspoon
• Garlic(लहसुन) 2 clove, crushed
• Salt to taste
• Butter 1/4 cup
• Ginger(अदरक) 1inch chopped
• lemon juice 2 tablespoons
• sour cream 4 tablespoons
Method of making Carrot soup:-
First chop the Carrot, onion, tomato, into small pieces.
Take a sauce pan heat it with butter adds garlic and onions cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped carrots, tomatoes and lemon peel; cook for 1 minute.
Add 3 cups of water and bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes or cook till the Carrot became soft.
Allow to cool slightly, and then take portion of it and blend in batches.
Again put the blended soup into a pan, mix lemon juice, cream .Reheat soup gently doesn’t boil it then add salt, pepper and turn off the flame.
Serve with style….!
Your delicious Carrot soup is ready to eat. Serve it hot. Garnish it with fresh coriander.
