How to make Fruit salad………
Fruit salad is a very delicious desert. It is a very common salad taken after the meals. Fruit salad is made by combining different types of fruits together. It can be also combined with the juices of fruits itself. This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Salads can be made in both forms Veg salad and Nonveg salad. Here I am showing you the steps of making Fruit salad.
Ingredients for making Fruit salad recipe:-
- Pineapple(अनानस) 2 cups
- Strawberries 2 cups
- Kiwi 3 sliced ,peeled
- Bananas(केले) 3 sliced
- Oranges(संतरे) 2 peeled, sliced
- Grapes(अंगूर) 2 cups
- Blueberries(नीलबदरी) 2 cups
- Orange juice 2/3 cup
- Lemon juice(नींबू का रस) 1/3 cup
- Packed brown sugar 1/3 cup
- Orange zest(ऑरेंज उत्तेजकता) 1/2 teaspoon
- lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Method of making Fruit salad:-
Take a sauce pan heat it with little water, add orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, orange zest, and lemon zest over a medium-high heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 5 minutes till it gets slightly thickened.
Turn off the flame and add vanilla extract. Stir well and set aside to cool.
Take a glass bowl layer the chopped fruits in a sequence of pineapple, strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, oranges, grapes, and blueberries.
Pour the cooled sauce made before over the fruits. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Serve with style….!
