What is sunburn?
Sunburn is the form of skin problem that generally occurs in summer. It happens when skin is over exposed to ultra violet radiation. Skin turns reddish in color and gives burning sensation. Here I am sharing some of the remedies for sunburn which will keep your skin healthy in summer also.

How to Treat Sunburn at Home
Take a chilled cucumber (खीरा) and mash in a blender to create a paste, apply the paste on the affected areas.
Grate a potato (आलू) and apply on the affected areas of the skin. Keep it for 10 min and wash with cold water.
Apply ice or cold water on the skin.
Take a fresh stem of Aloe Vera and take out its gel. Apply this gel on your skin and keep it for 15 min .Wash off with cold water.
Use sunscreen and wear covered clothes before going out in the sunlight.
