How to make Mushroom Soup………
Mushroom soup is a very delightful soup which is cooked with the mushroom pieces mixed with milk or cream. It is a creamy soup and very good for winter. To change the taste from regular serving you can add oregano. It is having low cholesterol and low fat. This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Soups can be made in both forms Veg soup and Nonveg soup. Here I am showing you the steps of making Mushroom soup.
Ingredients for making Mushroom soup recipe:-
• Water 1.5 cups
• Mushroom 1 cup chopped
• Onion (प्याज) 1 small finely chopped
• Fat-full milk 1.5 cup
• Black pepper (काली मिर्च) 1/8 teaspoon
• Butter 2tbsp
• Garlic(लहसुन) 2 clove, crushed
• salt to taste
• All purpose flour 1 to 1.5 tbsp
Method of making Mushroom soup:-
Take a pan add 2 cups of water and milk heat it to boil and keep aside
Take a sauce pan heat it with butter adds garlic and onions cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. Then add flour stir it and cook for 1 minute at low heat
Then add boiled mixture to the pan and cook it for 3 minutes or until the lumps extinct. Stir continuously to avoid sticking.
Then add salt, pepper and turn off the flame.
Serve with style….!
Your delicious Mushroom soup is ready to serve. You can serve it hot or cold. Garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
