HOW TO MAKE PANEER BHURJI…….
Paneer bhurji is derived from egg bhurji .This dish is made from finely chopped vegetables like onion, capsicum and tomatoes with grated paneer. This is the easiest and quick recipe to prepare as it does not require any gravy preparation. If you are going to cook north Indian recipes than paneer bhurji is the best choice to cook as it is having different taste and can be cooked in less time.
Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji Recipe
• Paneer 250 gms
• Oil 1 ½ tbsp
• Cumin seeds (जीरा) 1/4 tsp
• Green Chillies((हरी मिर्च) 2-3
• Big Onion (प्याज़) 1
• Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) 1/4 tsp
• Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
• Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tsp
• large Tomato (टमाटर) 1
• Salt to taste
Method of making paneer bhurji
Finely Chop the onions, tomatoes and chillies .
Take a pan heat it with cooking oil then add cumin seeds,as the seeds start crackling add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste, fry till the mixture turns brown.
Add chillies and tomatoes and fry for few minutes as they get pulpy. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and little water and mix it well to combine all the spices.
Add crumbled paneer and lemon juice cook it for 5 minutes to blend the paneer into spices. Stir in between to avoid sticking.
Serve with style…!
Take a bowl and serve the prepared bhurji into it.Garnish it with coriender leaves and sliced lemon.
