How to make Potato salad………
Potato salad is a healthy and delicious soup. It is good for the people who are suffering from anemia. Potato salad is made with carrot combined with lemon, ginger and other spices. This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Salads can be made in both forms Veg salad and Nonveg salad. Here I am showing you the steps of making Potato salad.
Ingredients for making Potato salad recipe:-
- Water 1 tbsp
- Carrot(गाजर) 3 cups
- Onion (प्याज) 1 big finely chopped
- Tomatoes(टमाटर) 2
- Black pepper (काली मिर्च) 1/8 teaspoon
- Potato peeled 3 cup diced
- Garlic(लहसुन) 2 clove, crushed
- Salt to taste
- Ginger(अदरक) 1inch chopped
- lemon juice(नींबू का रस) 2 tablespoon
- parsley 1 tbsp
- white sugar ½ tbsp
- White vinegar 1/4 cup
- Bacon(बेकन) 4 slices
Method of making Potato salad:-
Take a pot fill it with enough water so that the potatoes get immerges into it. Boil them for 10 mins or until it get pierced with fork.
Take a sauce pan heats it and add bacon fry until browned and crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add onion to the bacon grease, and cook over medium heat till it gets brown in color. Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper to the pan.
Bring the mixture to boil, and then add the potatoes and parsley. Crumble in half of the bacon. Heat for 2 minutes and turn off the flame. Crumble the remaining bacon over the top, and serve warm.
Serve with style….!
Your delicious Potato salad is ready to eat. Serve it hot. Garnish it with fresh coriander.
