How to make Tangy Pizza
Tangy pizza is the strong flavored spicy pizza. It is loved mostly by youngsters who want to enjoy their meal with spicy flavors. Ingredients for making tangy pizza
Pizza ingredients :-
- Tomato 1/2 cup
- Cheese cubes 7-8
- Cheese slices
- Red paprika(लाल शिमला मिर्च) 1/2 cup
- Green chilly (हरी मिर्च)
- Red chilly (लाल मिर्च ) ¼ tsp
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of pepper (काली मिर्च)
- Cooking oil
- Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) 1/2 cup
- Pizza base
Tangy pizza preparation :-
Sauce – Take sliced tomatoes, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes in a grinder. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper and grind for few seconds to make a thick paste. For cheese sauce recipe and pasta sauce recipe click here.
Take all the vegetables i.e. red paprika, capsicum, red and green chilies, and chop them. Also take cheese cubes and slice them into very fine pieces.
Take a frying pan and put all the chopped vegetables into it. Put three tablespoons of oil according to the quantity of vegetables than turn on the burner, put the pan on it.
Add black pepper, and salt into it. Cook the vegetables for 10-15 minutes until the delicious smell doesn’t come out .Then take out the pan from the burner.
Take a pizza base brush it with prepared sauce and pasta sauce put fried vegetables on the top of the base. Put a layer of chopped cheese slices on the top of the fried vegetables.
Keep the pizza in microwave and take it out after 5 minutes. Your hot spicy pizza is ready!
