How to make Tomato Soup………
Tomato soup is a very common soup of parties and functions. It is liked by everybody from children to adults. It is a creamy soup which is made with tomato puree teamed with different spices to hide the sweetness of tomatoes. This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Soups can be made in both forms Veg soup and Nonveg soup. Here I am showing you the steps of making tomato soup.
Ingredients for making tomato soup recipe:-
• Water 4-5 cups
• Tomato 4 big
• Onion (प्याज) 1 small finely chopped
• Fat-full milk 1.5 cup
• Black pepper (काली मिर्च) 1/8 teaspoon
• Butter 2tbsp
• Garlic(लहसुन) 2 clove, crushed
• salt to taste
• Corn flour 1tbsp
• Sugar ½ tsp
Method of making Tomato soup:-
Take a pot fill it water. Put it on a flame and bring to boil. Then turn off the flame and add tomatoes .cover it with lid and keep aside for 20-30 minutes.
Keep the tomatoes to cool and peel off the skin. Chop them and make a smooth puree. Take corn flour in a small bowl and mix it with water to make a paste.
Take a sauce pan heat it up with butter add garlic and onion cook it for 2 minutes. As the onions became translucent add tomato puree to it.
Add 1 cup of water to the puree simmer it till the soup starts gentle boiling then add corn flour paste, Pepper and salt to it. Stir it and simmer for 3-4 minutes to get the desired thickness.
Add sugar and cream. Simmer it for 1minute and turn off.
Serve with style….!
Your delicious tomato soup is ready to serve. You can serve it hot with toast pieces. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
