How to make Veg Pizza
Pizza is very delicious and popular dish around the world. Pizza is made by the use of dough with different toppings of sauces, vegetables, meats and oil. Here we are showing you the simple steps of veg pizza recipe where the pizza crust is covered with vegetable toppings like onion, capsicum, chili, tomato etc. Pizza is very easy and quick recipe to be cooked. It is available in both forms veggie pizza and Nonveg Pizza and liked by people of all age groups.
Ingredients for making Veg Pizza
Pizza ingredients :-
- Carrots (गाजर) 1/2 cup
- Cabbages (पत्तागोभी) 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes(टमाटर) 1/2 cup
- Onions(प्याज़) 1/2 cup
- Cheese cubes 3-4
- Cheese slices
- Red chilli powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) ½ tbs
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of pepper (काली मिर्च)
- Cooking oil
- Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) 1/2 cup
- Pizza base
Veg pizza preparation :-
Take all the vegetables i.e. cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, tomato and chop them. Also take cheese cubes and slice them into very fine pieces.
Take a frying pan and put all the chopped vegetables into it. Put three tablespoons of oil according to the quantity of vegetables than turn on the burner, put the pan on it.
Add red chilli powder, pepper, and salt into it. Cook the vegetables for 10-15 minutes until the delicious smell doesn’t come out .Then take out the pan from the burner.
Take a pizza base put the fried vegetables on the top of the base. Put the chopped cheese slices on the top of the fried vegetables.
Keep the pizza in microwave and take it out after 5 minutes. Your awesome pizza is ready!
