How to make Vegetable Soup………
Vegetable soup is a very light and vitamin rich soup cooked with different vegetables and spices. It is a brown textured soup and can be made spicy or salted according to your taste. The choice of vegetables totally depends on you whether it is for children, youngster or adult’s .This is incredibly easy and quick recipe. Soups can be made in both forms Veg soup and Nonveg soup. Here I am showing you the steps of making vegetable soup.
Ingredients for making vegetable soup recipe:-
• Water 4 cups
• Onion (प्याज) 1 finely chopped
• Cabbage (गोभी) ½ tbsp
• Tomato (टमाटर) 1 finely chopped
• Ground cinnamon (दालचीनी)1/2 teaspoon
• Black pepper (काली मिर्च) 1/8 teaspoon
• Green onion (हरी प्याज) 1 chopped
• Olive oil (जैतून का तेल) 2 tablespoons
• Garlic(लहसुन) 1 clove, crushed
• Coriander(हरा धनिया) 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt to taste
Method of making Vegetable soup:-
Take a frying pan heat it with oil and add onion then cook for 1 minute.
Add chopped vegetables, tomatoes, cabbage, capsicum and 4 cups of water. Boil all the vegetables for 5-6 minutes.
Then sprinkle salt and black pepper and turn off the flame.
Serve with style….!
Your delicious vegetable soup is ready. Serve it hot and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
